Hi. My name is Logan, but you can call me LJ. I am the owner of LJ's Goodies. I am 9 years old, almost 10 and I have food allergies. I am allergic to Peanuts, Tree-nuts, Fish, and Shellfish and have sensitivities to Gluten and Dairy. I was inspired by a bakery I found in Florida while on vacation that only sold Top 8 and Gluten Free treats. For the first time, I could walk in and order anything and know it was safe for me.

When I go to a birthday party, the cake is always not safe for me. It makes me sad when I have to miss out on the goodies because I am allergic. I wanted to come up with a way to always have an easy, safe treat to bring with me.

I, with the help of my mom, created LJ's Goodies Mug Cakes. LJ's Goodies Mug Cakes are Gluten Free, Top 8 Free self-serving-sized cakes that I can take to parties, or eat anytime I want a tasty treat! They are so good that even people without allergies will love them like my brothers.
